The expansion project for Lyncott’s offices is situated within a pre-existing industrial complex. This new intervention addresses the challenge of balancing the industrial character of the context with a serene and conscious environment focused on connecting with nature.

Lyncott represents a visionary step towards sustainable design in Mexico, by becoming the first building with an all-wood CLT structure in the country. This innovative material not only offers lightness and strength but also helps mitigate climate change due to its capability to absorb CO ₂ .

The façade, made of Danpal, enhances natural light diffusion, optimizes thermal performance, and contributes to energy efficiency, creating a balanced and comfortable indoor environment.
