Moliere is the remodeling of an apartment in a modern building from 1950 with the great architectural value. It was sought to respect the existing structure and the original identity of the building. The façade was returned to its original composition and the continuous balcony scheme was recovered.
The interior was adapted to new contemporary uses. The public area is dynamic by allowing different configurations through a set of sliding panels inspired by the Japanese Tatami principle, which allows connecting or dividing the public area. In contrast to the spaciousness and freedom of the interior space, which is mostly light, the space on the covered balcony is made up of dark tones that frame the nature that surrounds it.
