Torres Mirador is a residential complex commissioned by a developer in Querétaro. The main intention in the design of the program was to construct six independent blocks with a common area on the ground floor.

The towers were intended to be connected in a single basement that houses the entire common program, while also providing a permeable barrier that contains the main public area in the middle of the overall plan. The scheme also includes a solid barrier that excludes noise and potential contingencies from the adjacent highway.

The residential complex is based on a rigid structural grid that progressively modifies. This adds a sense of rhythm that extends from the main common area to the facades of the blocks, which are designed to be more closed or open depending on the lighting requirements.
